Some questions I like to ask fur friends

I usually have a few questions that I ask my friends when I first meet talk to them for an extended period of time. I don't know why but I always find it interesting to know what everyone's answer is.
If you want to answer go ahead, you don't have to obviously :P. So here we go, the first question I like to ask people is "What's your favorite furry character?".
This can be answered 2 ways. It can be either one that's in mainstream media (ie, t.v., movies, internet, ect.) or one that's limited to an online artists like me. Answer one or both, I'd like to know just for kicks haha =].
For me,
1. Krystal from Starfox, I only say that because she was one of the furry characters that made me explore this fandom and ultimately made me decide to try my hand at drawing. Not to mention she's a total fox :B.
2. Kind of obvious to most people who have watched me for a long time.
ryuakira's Amelia is a character that made me discover things that I never knew I liked lol. Before, I never really liked dragons or thought of them as being dang sexy but something about her character design was different. Also, blue seems to be a reoccurring theme here lol. Guess I just love blue :P

But I agree, she's real hot x3.
Whitney's pretty cute too. Always good to have a chubby kitty around haha.
Cats are good. I just like the big cats if you know what I mean xD

2. In terms of chars by other people? I still have to say duchess is my favorite so far, enough that i ended up "adopting" the char because the big lug forced her collar, leash and all on me :P Honestly i can't think of a better char than duchess tbh :V
Haha, that's nice. That kind of thing doesn't happen often where an artist adopts anothers creation. But hey, aren't you glad he let you have her ;3. The way you draw her, I'm surprised you can't think of anyone better xD. In your hands, she's amazing haha.
Well, theres so many generic chars out there, that they just make out of the blue that have no personality just for sake of porn. duchess just had this aura about her that glowed. How can you not love her? Look at that face of hers and say I don't love you. You can just imagine her reactions just by looking at the art of her. She has so much life to her.
2. I think I would have to say Les. I got a real soft spot for her and have always enjoyed seeing her in your art.
Well jeez, I mean Les is pretty but there's a ton of other characters out there that are more well liked lol.

2.it would have to be dawnRN's pink dragoness Alisha, not only do i love her look and down to earth personality and behavior, but ive really come to have a soft spot for her and were she real, a person i'd want to be friends with
Oh now you're just trying to be nice lol. I mean, sure she's one of the few pink dragon girls out there but there's plenty of other characters girls too x3
2.) Now this one is hard....but if I had to choose a favorite it would have to be Randa the Gator from Yiffer. >3>
Oh yiffer, everything he touches is good lol. It's to be expected that Randa is sexy too ;3
2. I have a fair few crushes here on FA as far as characters go, Amelia definitely being one of them. However, if i'm gong to give straight answer for this question i'd have to point to Launa Viander http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3818128/ she and her owner got me into the muscle/macro loving part of the fandom <3
haha DANG i can see why lol. Curvy, muscular, boobies, she's got it all. haha. Xendrian does have some pretty good taste in gals. I can totally relate :3
I have lots of local favorite characters here. Can't really list them all haha ^.=.^
Good guy Taku lol. You love everything that you can't even choose a favorite. That's how it ought to be. Love everyone equally! xD
Well its true! I can't play favorites because theres so many characters I like. Like your dragoness for example. I never liked pink but...dang she works that color real well. And Shin's character, very unique. I just can't play favorites ^.=.^; Also I am about to upload your commission, I feel bad for not doing it sooner >.=.<
Haha, well i know everyone has a favorite deep down but it is better to like everything as opposed to liking one thing and only one thing. Variety is much better haha. One of my other friends said that lol. Guess people don't like pink all that much but it'll grow on you xD. Definitely, Shin is unique. I can't think of any other character that looks like his lol.
Don't worry about it lol. You can do whatever you want with it like hide it under you mattress or make it into a sandwich. Besides, longer you wait, people will forget about it and it'll be fresh again xD.
1. In mainstream media, there are a couple ways I could answer this one, and that's with a male and female character. Male would have to be Sabrewolf from the Killer Instinct games. Always been a favorite character of mine to play, and his design is just completely badass! Female would depend on whether or not catgirls count. If not, then I'd have to agree that Krystal's one of my all-time favorites. If so, then definitely Eris from Cat Planet Cuties. Very interesting anime, to say the least.
2. As far as artists' characters, I primarily only pay attention to the females, so there are a few that have definitely caught my attention:
I never owned a killer instinct game and I was wondering what that was but that's the human-animal-mutant-guys fighting game. It looked pretty interesting haha. But yes, i do agree his design is badass lol. Nekos are kind of borderline but they're still human so it's not as close to furriness xD. Cat planet Cuties? Sounds...intriguing lol. I'll definitely have to check that out xD
Ah Drip, he has a very unique art style and i do admire his characters :3. Does bbw so well haha. Don't bother saying my characters to make me feel better or something lol. Though I do appreciate it x3.
And Cat Planet Cuties is definitely worth checking out. Very funny.
As for mentioning your characters, I was being serious. Alisha's easily my favorite dragoness here. It's a shame you don't draw her as often. Nice to see more of her lately, though.
For me, I started liking anthros before I actually got to know about it from some Nekos characters in some animes I watched.
After that I learned about Deviantart and saw
Same here. I didn't really like full furry at first. It was okay. But I guess girls having the ears and tails slowly pushed me towards that direction xD.
I too saw gills work. He's definitely one of those who inspired me to actually pick up the pen and draw. As with you, I don't regret spending my time drawing furries lol. It's fun creating my view of beauty x3.

The portrayal of anthro characters in public media has never wowed me much at all. My roots as a furry don't trace back to this stuff, really. I did like some movies that featured anthropomorphic characters as a coincidence, but they were never an important thing for me.
So I really don't have one. Certainly not one that comes to mind immediately.
Certainly not from visual media. Really enjoy the Hani race from C. J. Cherryh's Chanur novels. Very well done.

those are some pretty good characteristics. Better than being self conscious and inept lol.
