The best POV there is with Rogue.

All that's missin' is the people disappearin' under them soles.

Just had an amusing thought: The quality wouldn't be as good, but a Raspberry Pi with the camera module attached attached to a cheap RC car. *almost* perfect paw-cam. Possibly a Go-Pro would give better quality, but for the price, the Pi'd be alright. Plus if you wanted to you could fit the camera onto a servo so you could tilt it up and down on the fly.
