Major Major Car issues (Please read. This is urgent)

My room mate took my car in this morning in order to get the breaks fixed which normally isn't much of a problem. God was I wrong on this one.
Not only are the breaks screwed but also the rotors are messed up, and to top it all off. I need a new wheel bearing. From what I'm told my room mate was lucky to even make it to the body shop with how bad of condition it was in.
I'm looking at repairs minimum of $1,400. I need this car to get to and from work as it's my only means of income right now in order to pay rent.

DMK is going to try and pull a lot of extra work to get the car fixed. We have 17 days to do it or we'll end up having to scrap the car.
If you can help out it goes greatly appreciated and I'll do what I can to pay it back. What ever you can do is amazing and I thank you for it.

Just heard "you were lucky to get it in here" enough from friends who got scammed by dishonest repair shops that it set off alarm bells.
Spoke with crash earlier he pointed me at the bills and they all look legit.
Your best bet hopefully if you know somebody local who is experienced is to pick up an aftermarket replacement at a junkyard. It doesn't have to come from the same model as your vehicle, a similar product will work just as well. That's what I did, and it only cost me about 1/10 of the body shop price!
