Is he being interrogated yet? No? THEN IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER. The Miranda rights are, under normal circumstances, not read until the beginning of an interrogation.

Yeah, Miranda rights are a moot point thus far.
Also, NOT reading them does not automatically mean testimony is inadmissible. That depends on the overall circumstances.
