I will answer this also since I am bored, too, lol. For me, I'd prefer to be friends with girls. I get along with females better than males. Most males I've come across tend to have too much RAWR TESTOSTERONE.. I can't really tolerate that.
I've always gotten along better with females, I'm wary around men at first for some reason.
Next question: Your fursona is a gray fox with horns, why did you choose that as your fursona? Was bonecleaning and collecting a huge factor in this decision?
I feel very attracted to gray foxes, although I'm not completely sure why I'm so attracted to them in particular. They are all over the desert area where I live. They live in small, close family groups, are small and shy, just like me. She has antlers because I also adore deer, and jackalopes. x3
Bone collecting has brought me much closer to nature than I already was, which contributed greatly to her natural "nothing-fancy" look. The only thing that really makes her differ from normal grays are the antlers, heart mark, and the mohawk. :P
Next question!: You say that you're shy .. Does it take you a while for you to open up with someone that you do not know?

Yes, I'm extremely shy irl and it takes me a while to come out of my shell. I'm a "don't speak unless spoken to" type of person, to the dismay of my very extroverted family. I'm not chatty with people I don't know well, and that actually ended up seriously offending my Aunt last summer. But I can't help being introverted. It's a trust thing, too; I'm afraid to say something stupid/silly to someone and be made fun of or ridiculed for it, because that happened all the time when I was in middle school. I was always the "weird" kid.
It really depends on the person. My best friend of 6 years for instance; I opened up to her very quickly because I felt a bond with her almost immediately. Other people, (especially men) like my coworkers, it can take up to a month or even more for me to start showing my true self. Even to my Ex boyfriend.. He never knew who I really was because I always felt intimidated around him so stayed rather quiet.
When I was little, I would always draw dinosaurs and animals. I always watched animal documentaries growing up. Disney movies like Tarzan, Mulan, and The Lion King greatly inspired me. My Mom has always been very encouraging of my artwork. When I was a young teen, I got into virtual pet sites (Neopets, then Subeta) I loved drawing my and other people's pets/characters.
But the thing that inspires me most is nature. I have always been fascinated with animals and their form/function. In highschool, I took an anatomy class and it sparked my fascination with studying anatomy and collecting specimens (skulls/skeletons). I love watching animals and spotting wild animals while on hikes. Right now this is my greatest inspiration, but I think it really always has been. <3
Oh also, Salvador Dali, Alphonse Mucha, and many concept artists (BeastOfOblivion, Bobby Chu) also give me a lot of inspiration.
