The bottom of the last loaf I made is completely goo. D:
I know I was incredibly haphazard about how I made it, but I still suspect my oven of needing a good cleaning / to be checked with a thermometer.
Eating it now with a spoon. (It's still kind of delicious? I feel like I should be eating it with something though.) If I get salmonella and die, this loaf is why.
