Fat Loss

So, my roommate and her bf recently got a new weighing scales that can measure body fat. I stepped on to it the other day and it told me I had a whopping 23% body fat. Needless to say, I was disgusted. Anyway, it gave me the push I needed to finally mobilize myself and start loosing this spare tyre I've been growing since to moved to MA nearly 3 years ago (helloooooo, buffalo chicken tenders)!
So anyway:
- No soda
- No fast food
- Large, fibre-rich breakfast each morning
- Basically nothing that is mostly refined sugar
- Brown rice/pasta/tortillas instead of white where possible
- Plenty of water (at least 2L) each day.
- 3 miles in 30 mins on the treadmill 4 times a week
Its been about 3 weeks and I'm already down to 21%. So I guess I can keep this up until September when I go home to Ireland for a friend's wedding and everyone's all like OMG Kevin's so lean and sexay!!

And I've always loved this icon! I was so happy they first time I saw the pic you drew me! I could have picked another FA from all the stuff over the years, but I never felt the need to!
Of course, if you drew something up special, I wouldn't exactly *object* yanno ;)
