Practice poses with your characters with emphasis on something like lighting, shading, texture etc. Or maybe even try two characters in one image interacting with one another.

While naked?
Try a setting piece, maybe the home / room of one of your characters, or where a particularly dramatic event in their life took place. A lot of your gallery is characters, so it could be a good change of pace.
