Oh i know that feeling, fortunatly my grandma saw me drawing and she is asking for a chinese dragon and stop asking for humans (I guess she notice that i suck drawing humans XD)

Many of people make their living as animators! Just tell them that your style is more suited for cartoons. Maybe you could try draw them a relaxing landscape of the Savannah with some lions and antelope ;)
