Final job update
After some of the WORST working conditions anybody has ever had to put up with I got written up yesterday for not being able to keep up on my declines. No matter how hard I tried I could not seem to go fast enough. They had me doing the jobs of three different people because of how understaffed they were, and they had the nerve to right me up stating that I wasn't working hard enough. I tore up my hands, and broke my back for these people and they just didn't care. So I resigned today. I no longer work for Roadlink and the Fred Meyer warehouse. Enough was enough. I had to wake up at 4 in the morning each day, and work a 12 hour shift, to which I found out they were not paying me overtime. I am free again :")

OP
can't, I signed a contract and that overtime part was in there. Besides I hated having to get up at 4:00am to go to work every day. It was a miserable job, to which I am glad to be done with.

I was more worried about the understaffing part... that's no good.

As another person with a warehouse job, I feel your pain. I've never heard of a contract to get out of paying overtime. That's not illegal?
