e926 and e621?
Came across this (these?) page(s?) for the first time earlier today:
http://www.e926.net/
Seems to be a furry art site. They're asking for a lot of $ to run an ad on the 621 page (even though their ad info is on the 926 page) and claim to be able to place one's ad on multiple furry websites at once. Plus they offer all sorts of other service:
Dragonfruit is a one-stop-shop for online marketing and monetisation, offering services like print-on-demand, convention art show printing and management, server administration and monitoring, and paysite creation and management.
Anybody know anything about these people?

They are actually REALLY cheap, 5¢ cpm is ridiculous for such a targeted market demo as furries (especially if you are advertising things to furries). General market cpm is usually 15~20¢. What they charge $40 for is easily worth $200---probably more like $350 when you consider the targeting.
Dragon Fruit Ventures, LLC is fairly trustworthy. They are loosely associated with the Bad Dragon folks.
Btw, e621 and e926 are the same site pretty much, but e621 is a general image board and e926 is a work-safe equivalent.
Basically, anyone can post an image, and anyone can add/remove tags to it. Users can set up a blacklist of tags they don't want to see, but since A) not all people set them up, and B) not all posters properly tag the images they post, it's still a bit of a crapshoot.
There ARE rules on what not to post, including a list of artists that have requested that their art not be posted on that site, but since anyone can upload, adherence to the rules tends to be spotty at best. http://e621.net/wiki/show?title=avoid_posting is the page for the rules.
