Do you take commissions?

I'm looking to commission an artist or two for some work. Since I'm watching and am being watched by an awful lot of artists, I figured posting this might be better than going through ever single one of you to check prices and availability.
I'm looking for someone to do finished pieces (pencils is okay if it looks finished), $20.00 USD and lower if possible.

I feel like there are way too many artists out there charging over forty bucks for an inked illustration when they aren't even among the best in the fandom... prices like that discourage me from getting work commissioned, while I know artists who have charged a lot less for individual pieces who i would up commissioning for tons of work which probably wound up taking them less time and effort than the forty dollar plus people :P
