I finally started drawing again :D
I'm putting aside a drawing I've been working on for AGES because the position I was trying to draw my fursona in was INFURIATING. I'm a professional belly dancer, I've been belly dancing since I was in third grade, and I'm VERY flexible. Consequently, when I model a pose off of one of my favorite moves/poses, then ask other artist friends for advice to try and figure out how to fix the positioning when it's JUST a bit off, I get a lot of replies like "bodies don't bend that way" or "her spine would break" or "that's ridiculous, real people can't do that". I'm over here like ;~; but... but... MY body does that...
Anywho I've moved on to some simpler drawings until I'm brave enough to tackle drawing my body in a position that defies normal physics. It's pretty relieving and my progress is giving me a boost of confidence ^_^ yaaay art!
