First off me and my mother are ok. The Mexican restaurant is to a point ok with the exception of it's new drive through window. So i took my mom out to her favorite restaurant called don patron. Were eating dinner and before i know it my booth flew a foot from the wall with me on it and i heard an earth shattering kaboom. Ok it wasn't that loud but it did sound like a lot of plates breaking. and then i realized that the window less that 2 ft behind me had shattered, there was glass on my seat and in my food. I stood up to see that a car had hit the building right behind us with such force it actually bounced back into the parking space (probably cause the building had the steal beams instead of wood ones). Apparently the guy who looked to be in his 30s had his learners permit still was out to take him mom to eat at the Mexican restaurant to bad he didn't hear IT WASN'T A DRIVE IN. I would a felt sry for him if it went for the glass in my food and hair (no cuts ) and the fact that he was in a parking lot and the curb was a high curb so he really had to hit the gas to do so but to get the speed in a parking lot in the car he was in just insane. We got fresh food most of which we took home cause it got cold from the new open window and went home. You think these things only happen in the movies apparently not. I plan on eating there in the future just not in a booth next to a window XD.
