the second one i checked out, they aren't trying to be you, yet they have your pic on there profile pic. that person is just a fan that needs you to tell him/her to take down the photos. the first one though feel free to bash away they are really trying to be you.

I've seen others out there being impersonated or having someone's fursuit picture as their profile. Having that been said the one who is being impersonated doesn't have a FaceBook and FaceBook asks for the name of the person affected. It doesn't make and sense.

I stopped using Facebook myself since everyone I created a "fake" account for my furry character it kept getting reported and shutdown. I have a feeling folks thought it wasn't me and kept reporting my accounts. Since I refuse to give my RL name on Facebook for furry accounts, I just have up on it. However it is pretty easy to report and get accounts locked. My only issue with it is most local furs here use Facebook as a means to communicate events and such. So I miss out on most things locally since they use Facebook exclusively.

Yeh I don't have and will never use facebook either. It's far worse when someone is pretending to be you on a site that you yourself aren't on, because it's hard for anyone on the site to deny it if there isn't a "real" one on the site. They don't tend to care if there's a "real" one out there that isn't using the site if that person is being impersonated, since there's no law against using a name that someone else shares on a website.

I hope these people pretending to be you actually like you enough to want to respect your wishes.. cause if they don't, then why are they pretending to be you if they don't give a crap about you? It's illogical.
