Need Health Tips

I am more noble than you? And you are more noble than me?
This has been a rocky month for me. The reason for my headaches and nausea was high blood pressure. It's hereditary. I used to have it in high school but afterwards it got better, now its rearing its ugly head again. I was153/100 (and for those who don't know what that means, it means I nearly became a walking heart attack waiting to happen). I've gone down some but I'm still borderline.
The doctors have me on prescription meds but I also need to lose weight. I thought walking laps on the track and eating less portions were enough but it's only a start. And asking my family and friends, I either get an "I don't know" or guilt trips for getting in this bad condition at a young age.
I usually go to KFC or Sonic's and so on for lunch but I'm planning to take my own lunch from now on if I can apply for food stamps.
And the only thing I'm guilty of is eating sweets; I'd laid off the doughnuts, cakes, and sodas but I'll get a candy bar now and again.
If anyone's losing weight or have lost weight or a health expert, I'd appreciate some advice or goals I should set to lose these pounds.
...and those who keep saying that I look good the way I am now, if you want to take care of me after I had a stroke or cry over my casket, keep on telling me that!!!!!

Eat slower eating to fast you eat too much and you might over eat. Don't have to clean your plate. work up to walking comfortably 20min to an hour a day i'd avoid kfc and sonic except for like once maybe twice a week. drink water instead of soda. once in a while is fine but everyday is bad. and learn to let shit go that annoys you. if ya can't change it don't overly worry about.

get a dirt bike or a street bike I'm not joking it is a workout riding a motorcycle or street bike will work out your arms legs and abs from your body reacting from the bumps and keeping the bike steady I have road bikes for years now I have same build since 15 havnt gained a pound I also have a heavy bike and no electric start so I have to kick start it witch is a workout to
