From the Desk of Jack the Gorilla....
Well, I'm back again....sort of....
After declaring myself back a short while ago, I got sick again! This time a mild bronchial infection. Usually no big deal, but my lungs have been swiss cheese since childhood thanks to asthma, pneumonia, pneumocystic fibrosis and other ailments.
Testing again and again, it's simple bronchitis. BUT why is it ravaging me more than it has any right to?
Seems something is compromising my immune system. I nearly passed out at the news. But tests, testing, and testing again, No HIV, No AIDS, No Lupus, No anything to account for it. My numbers are getting back to normal but it has been a painful and labored month.
So, this time, I hope to get on and finally catch up with people.
Thanks for putting up with this self indulgent journal and I hope no one things I snubbed them. So sorry guys.

Thanks, right now I just have a bit of a persistant cough, I sound like a pack per day smoker. So if I get over that I should be in the clear finally.

This is probably stupid advice, but are you drinking a lot of orange juice? Getting a lot of vitamins in your system will help fight back a lot of the nasty stuff.
