WHen I was extremely small (not in school) whenever I played at a friends house, I always wanted to be the animal. Wherever the seeds of my wishing an animal form are planted, they're pretty far in my past. I didn't really discover furries until late middle school, but I was immediately intrigued. I kind of slowly discovered during the crossover into high school that I finally decided to discover my inner internet dogperson. I do wish I was an animal. To live as I've imagined my furry self, I'd gladly cut my lifespan in half.


I think the surfers of the golden years had THE ENTIRE THING figured out. The guys who would catch long slow easy rides in. The guys who drove jeeps and land rovers and Volkswagen. Before iphones, and before camping on the beach was illegal. This life has unfortunately, for most Californians, ended. I never got to experience that life. Full of big stretches of highway and empty beaches, before California got too full and everything in socal got developed. I just wish people would stop having so many damn babies.
