The best animation/game maker program for Windows 7?
So yeah, I got bit curious about to some a animation making.
I buyed long ago FlashDecompiler -program. But it is kinda useless.
( Edit a SWFs but not make one. )
Is there any good free a animation/game maker programs for Windows 7?
The GameMaker perhaps? It is free sure, but how good it is?
Adobe Flash CS4 Portable doesn't seem work with Windows 7, unlike it did work on my old Windows XP laptop and that actally worked.
Droll out.

A platform style game would be awesome when gets to know system. A simple animation would be easier to do at first.
A platform style game design? Well, there is a game design software called Construct 2 on Steam. You can use it for free, but you won't have complete freedom with it since you're not buying it XD Lol.
Here you go if you don't have Steam: http://www.scirra.com/construct2/free-edition
And what kind of animator? 2D? As for Game Design Software, what are you trying to go for? I can look for something that fits to what you're looking for.
Err, are you looking to do hand-made animations? Here's a few free one if you're looking for that, though I would imagine that being quite difficult to handle: http://monkeyjam.org/ and http://www.pencil-animation.org/

En oo varma että onko ohjelmassa vikaa tai sitten mulla ei ole konessa yhteensopvia osia.
Other options that involve a degree of coding and hard work are; Unreal Development Kit, Unity (Not to be confused with Linux) and Valve Source. All have there flaws and perks, if you want to be commercial (ie. make a profit) don't use UDK.
I would avoid RPG Maker, if that is your thing; Learn a programming language and make it as opposed to using the Maker. Pygame (Based on Python) is pretty neat for such tasks and can be versatile. If you'd like to go down the programming route (Particularly if you want to add novel features, or to better understand a particular game engines): http://www.starterleague.com/ From this point you'll learn 'the basics' and probably have an idea of what could be suitable; grab PDFs or get books.
In that area, I'd advise picking up the book "The Animator's Survival Guide" Richard Williams (or any preferred book on animation.), but Toonboom would be well-invested in looking into for software; for 'free' software: Pencil, ktoon, and synfig, may or may not have ports to windows.
Thanks for tip. :)
Just talking about my own experience, I tried making game with OpenBor e RPG Maker, but I wouldn't suggest you any of them for make a platform game...
OpenBor is for make old style fighting sidescrolling game, like 'Street of rage' and all the popular old style beat'em up, but it takes some time to learn how to make it work properly, and is kinda limited in option about give your own personality to your game.
RPG Maker is kinda easy to use at least if you stick with it own rules and option, and could be pretty satisfing, but if you want to do something else then what the game have to offer you as basic, you have to mess around with his event functions and such, or could also have to deal with it's own programmation lenguage which isn't exactly the most simple one.
And after all, you are asking about animation and game, not just about game. Even if, sure, those program above have some features to make some short 'animation', them are all game related, nothing even close to make a real animation video or such.
Sorry I can't be of any more help, still looking for a good free program myself.

visual novel making:

http://www.visualnovelty.com/ (think i linked this to you before)
you could practice making games with the visual novel programs and do animation separate, and then put the two together!
