Walgreens certainty products adjust briefs with tabs are very absorbent and big diapers, you also have the depends but they are more like a pull up but very absorbent. There is a cute band called Caroline those are highly puffy, absorbant and very noisy though, I uploaded an image of it in my scraps folder, it's the only image there. On the left side you will see the picture of the diaper I'm talking about.

Of the coralite makes a very Loud crinkle by the way, that's why it's super noisy and it comes with designs one that has a happy face with smile under it and hearts with the words health on it all other the front of the diaper

im not sure where you can get them, but I do know for a fact they come individually in packets as well they have a indicator which tells you when your wet, its very loud though, its like loud as touching plastic bags. They are cute and they are in the California (US) 89 cents and up , they are about a dollar each and super absorbent (adccidently discovered it when I was hanging off my frame (pelvis) the the middle part got very soggy and sagged like I told some people my incontinence is very bad because I can't feel anything at all, but I don't mind because I have had incontinence for 3 years so im used to it. Yes they are quite easy to get a hold if in the UK and are what I used all the time but after trying an Abena L4 that Mommy Feefers game me I was hooked. L4s were sooper thick and absorbent and really noisy and big and bulky so made yoo feel properly like a babyfur

I mean there are at least other plastic backed alternatives besides the abeina and I have know this for a while but for me I am just more of a cloth backed person because I can wear them discreetly in places that I could not wear a plastic backed one and I just think that they breath better than plastic backed so I stay cooler in those kinds and really they allow me to ajust the tabs easier as opposed to a plastic where it is harder to do.

But yes I mean bambions and ABuniverse diapers are still plastic backed and yes they are still a lot of fun!
