Well howdy fellow Garchomps and lovers! If we hit 20 members, I shall draw a raffle!
Each member shall choose a number between 1 to 30, and if a number is drawn that someone has, they shall get a free picture involving a Garchomp with them, drawn by
SamagthraV2!
Iiiif, in the occurrence of a blue moon by Arceus sake, a number is drawn that is between 2 numbers people have selected, it shall be a single picture!
i.e
Drawn number is 24, and 2 people chose 22 and 23, then the picture shall be done for both! But this picture will involve both their characters with a Garchomp! So they will have to collaborate with each other and discuss on a picture they'd both like
