Comcast are idiots. When Cherie moved out and we switched the cable boxes, with me as the customer now, the cable guy took her boxes back. However he never indicated to his bosses he did. So for weeks, they kept calling both her and ME looking for their fucking cable boxes. They even said they were going to send a debt collector to get their boxes or money equal to them. Cherie and I both kept telling them they were wrong, and they never got it through their heads.

They don't keep track of the shit they say and do and it is far from them to take responsibility.
I want to jot down the name and department number of everybody I talk to now since no two people say the same damn thing. ARGH!
