Okay, so it's my birthday, woot and all that, I have the day off from work, but mostly I'm just laying around the house. Family is out, so it's just me and my still unnamed Hedgehog. Really the only thing I have planned is maybe getting to skype with a few people. Any gifts I do get most likely won't even be today but that's not that point I'm making x3. Isn't just nice, when the world just, drops something in your lap? Not like physical, but sentimental. Just, something meaningful and nice to also be associated with the day of your birth. And so far, two years in a row, I've gotten a little something, and I dunno, it just feels kinda.... nice and I feel like talking about it some.
Last year, May 26th at midnight, which also means May 27th at 12:01, Toonami came back to us all. It's steadily gotten better, and it's great to see it back, Tomm is just as amazing as when I was a kid, as is his voice actor that brings him to life. And I don't known, ever since then, I've felt connected with it, I told people about it, because I felt in a way, responsible. It feel like something that is in some sort of way, mine, and I want it to stick around and do well ^^.
Today, I got a surprise as well, that gave me a similar feeling. Many of you will know of Fire Emblem Awaking, A great game, and one a really enjoy. I already felt close to it, due to the fact that the Tacticians suited me to a T. My first play through, I didn't even bother with other classes, and hell, even when I did, it was only switching for Grand Master, to Sage. Not exactly a big leap xD. So now, I turn on my 3DS, to get some well wishes from the cast, and what do I find? I share a birthday with Chrom. I mean, that isn't the biggest thing in the world, but what if you find out what if you found out you shared a birthday with Ulfric Stormcloak, or Cloud Strife? I don't know, just adds another level of closeness I feel with this game.
So yeah, a silly thing to talk about.. But ya know, it just kinda makes me smile ya know? I don't even know what people WOULD reply to a silly Journal like this, but anyone have any thoughts?

Slap on a movie or whatever.
Maybe some awesome obscure anime from a couple years back.
Not too fond of new anime, seems cheap and uninspired.
