Is there any advice you would give to people looking to commission a fursuit? Anything that you did that you wish you had done another way?

look around at different suit makers and find a style that you like that's in your price range. There are some really talented artists out there who make great suits and don't ask for an arm and a leg.

Get a partial suit first. It's not as hot as wearing a full body and you'll get a feel for suiting and work your way up to the whole shebang.

Think about your character design and how it'd look as a suit and make revisions as nessecary.

here's a big one that I wish I had done. Make sure you have all the money to pay for it BEFORE you commission an artist. It was only by the grace of God and my tax return that I managed to get the money to pay my artist. I was really embarrassed and it was almost a fiasco.
