Names were put on paper. Paper was cut into strips. THOSE STRIPS... those special, magical strips with the names printed so carefully upon them were put into a hat. That hat was set upon a desk and a hand was used to draw those precious strips of paper out of the hat and, what do you know! Three winners were found. Those winners are
