Hybrid Arc Timeline

Ok, so it's not really an exact timeline via years or anything. This is more like a view of how the stories will be structured, and whose story happens at what point in the three stages of time.
The three stages are thus:
Stage one involves the time period during the war when a few select hybrids were created for combat or combat services. These hybrids were the very first of their kind and paved the way for hybrid pets in later years.
Stage two is the time period in which hybrids were created for domesticity. They helped their owners do housework, were companions, some were sold as sex slaves in the underground markets, while others such as bovines, horses, and some canines were used in the work force for various tasks.
Stage three is the period of time after hybrids were emancipated. Hybrids now are equal to humans under the law, but still struggle to be independent from humans. Some hybrids marry their previous owners or if young enough, are adopted by then. Others try to find work or become homeless due to a lack of education and assistance. The Hybrid University is established to help young hybrids of this new generation find their footing and adapt to a world that is not always kind.
Not all of the characters that appear in one story are necessarily from that stage. Some stories are wide ranging, I have simply just grouped characters into the stories they appear in, not the time they appear in them.
Origins:
The first story arc in this bit belongs to Rhos. It details his creation as the very first hybrid, a successful experiment in splicing genes and creating enhanced soldiers. The story tracks Rhos' progress after he is given special priveliges as a war hero, his finding his own way in the world as the only hybrid with human rights, and the various pets he obtained, some that he later set free, and others that chose to stay with him.

Paprika (female herm snow leopard/jaguar, twin to Rayan), Rayan (male snow leopard/jaguar), Jeremy (a severe male hybrid of a vast amount of species ranging from deep sea fishes, sharks, and reptiles), Nahu (male anaconda naga), Nicolai (Nahu's father, Nicolai is actually a were-anaconda from a series of mine about werewolves, but poses as a hybrid in this story), Eko (komodo dragon herm), Jackie (female rabbit/squirrel/skunk mix), Quinn (genderless moray eel), Cherry (male axolotl), Lilith (a female mix of various deep sea fish, Rhos met her during the war), Eri (female lion fish, another character Rhos met during the war and also his wife), Sam (hermaphroditic pangolin), Rhos (the main character, a shape shifting octopus), Araighla (female jellyfish, another, less successful experiment from the lab that made Rhos), Oliv (female hairy bush viper), Liev (male tiger), Lucas (cunt boy red panda), Pepper (female dog), and Ember (female lanturn fish/deer/fox mix).
The second story features a small group of characters that were a part of Rhos' hybrid unit during the war. Like Rhos, most of these characters were aquatic and dealt with espionage and black ops missions, some in banal roles like transportation, and others front line combatants like Rhos.

The third story focuses on Sarki and the other african hybrids. Sarki and the others were created in a laboratory in africa which focuses on the experimentation on various genes in hybrids, namely coloring and behavior. The lab was funded both for military purposes (Kamili, namely) and domestic as the possiblity of hybrids as pets started to become a concept. After the discovery that the scientists' attempt to alter Kianga's genes to make other King Cheetahs resulted in her being infertile, Sarki decided to lead a rebellion and freed the other hybrids. This story also depicts the struggle of the other hybrids to create a territory in the African terrain while fighting against the advantageous lion hybrids and humans that wish to either destroy them or re-capture them.

Story 3: This story involves a small group of hybrids that rejected their domesticity and formed a family together, constantly fighting against being captured again

Taryn (female red wolf, twin to Taylor), Taylor (male red wolf), Adele (female moth/bird mix), Gavin (male albino tiger, older brother to Toby and Natalia), Toby (grey tiger, younger brother to Natalia and Gavin), Natalia (female strawberry tiger)
Story 4: Dearly Departed, a story that show cases the beginning of the end of the domestic era of hybrids, but mostly focuses on the tale of Izel, a young jaguar who is grieving his previous master, but finds love in his new one, a human named Caleb who struggles with the moral implications of falling in love with his pet.

New Beginnings: The last collection of stories. These stories detail the struggle of newly freed hybrids, or their offspring, and their attempt to be fully integrated with mankind. Most of these stories revolve around the Hybrid University created by Ilo. This arc also features characters that cross over various different stories, which makes grouping them very difficult.
Story 1: This story shows the lives of hybrids attending a high school where humans and hybrids are integrated, with sometimes disasterous results. Many of these characters face hardships at the hands of humans that do not believe they belong or fear them.

Story 3: a large story that interconnects a lot of encounters of the previous two stories. This story focuses on Jaime as he struggles with his love affair with Brock, his identity crisis, and his various friendships and encounters with other hybrids in the college they attend
