Guess it's all up to you really, everyone treats them differently. Usuallly I only use them to make furry related announcements (like attending cons etc), but sometimes I'll mention a major life event or such.

*nods* it makes sense! I don't have much going on in the realm of fur/scales on a regular basis, so that also neatly explains my lack of things to post about. :)

Honestly, I treat my FA like Facebook for furries. So my journals are just stuff about me and what's going on... because honestly... I don't art anything worth it for people to look at on here. =) So ya, that's what I journal about. Like Shadow says, it's really just about what you want it to be about too. nothing more. Though I'd suggest avoiding drama, and probably things that might be considered REALLY PERSONAL!!!!

I definitely look through my journals and if I see a name I recognize as a friend [as I did with this one], I'll definitely give it a look. I may not respond!!! But I definitely give it a look.

Hah, yeah I keep my journals as drama free as possible and I'm so keep-to-myself especially online that I can't imagine things getting *too* personal. ^_^

I find sometimes I'm interested in journaling, but never really anything that seems *right* here. :)

Good to know people will read them though
