Well my gosh what a crazy weekend! I’ve got to say Confuzzled is still my fav con for its great energy and feel - This year was no exception and i have so much love for all that i got to hang with cus it's you guys who made the con what it was!
Can't comment on the panels or much of the running of the convention by staff as we tend to not go to any events and eat out - We mainly go for the friends and giggles ;3 But even so everything seemed to run smooth to me and despite the usual issues that we tend to bring with loud noises and slight chaos, everyone bent over backwards to help keep the fun running! So on that note thankyou to staff/security for letting us set up DJ stuff in the lobbies and crank it till silly O'clock *Thumbs up* :D
One thing we DID attend however was the Dance comp, this year Myself, Kiyo and Ator were supposed to perform as a group - however, sadly Ator could not get his applied for Visa approved by our lousy border control and we had only 3 weeks to find and train a replacement :( LUCKILY - a good pal of ours, Ollie, stepped up and we crammed in a few hours practice to come up with something worth showing! So major props to Ollie for filling the gap so well! AND to Wolfpaw for lending him his lion suit Vincent for the comp - Thanks pal!
The contest itself was SIIIK and i really loved watching our fellow dancers perform and banter backstage, Especially loving Mangusu's performance, putting SWAG to Britney - YES - Our group performance thankfully went well to all who saw it. But i let myself down a bit with one move in particular which kinda sucked :/ My own fault for choosing the stage to perform on as we needed front facing audience to make it work! But OH WELL ;D Just happy to create some smiles in the audience and get to do what i love with people i love :3 it was awesome! Huge respect to Kiyo for all his hard work in choreo and to win was just icing on the cake! SECONDFRAME CREW REPRESENTT!
We will defo get a proper video of our routine up online soon so everyone can see how it was SUPPOSED to look xD
But anyway, thankyou to everyone who said hi, said a kind word, anyone i got to talk to or hang with - You gai'ssssss ~<3
