As far as pulling in more $$$, I think you need to consider just how much you need. I have misgivings against DA as well, and doing porn is definitely a big step but let me make a suggestion.

One: just dig into DA for now. I don't like the place and neither do you, but just because you're using it as a source of attention/income doesn't mean you're consenting to its awfulness. There are probably a lot of artists, professional and otherwise, on DA who don't like it much but it's not the end of the world.

As far as drawing porn goes, if you're squeamish about being associated with naughty stuff, I'd point out that you've already drawn diaperfurs several times. That alone pretty much, for most people, is as bad as any weird fetish porn you can think of. I don't mean "bad" as in "morally wrong" but bad as in "damnable" like it's going to hurt your credibility with more professional clients.

That being said, consider opening a porn account. It lets you disassociate the naughty stuff from your identity at large, as well as giving you a nice shield from the barrage of awfulnesss you're going to get inevitably. Of course, that awfulness is not really that bad when you consider that you can up your prices considerably for such a commission.

Finally, no, don't lower prices. You don't have to raise them either, but don't lower them. And yeah, I'd probably go in for something NSFW from you, mainly because I wish there were more talented artists drawing smut out there.

I kind of really liked you said, and I definitely agree with considering making an alternate account if you make anything adult. Your prices are super awesome, and it'd be great if ya had some sort of price range between your "Pro" and ink/lined. You can put an in-between price between pro and inks/lineart that you can still manage, most people do flats or monochromatic for that bit.

DeviantArt is not too bad to advertise at, though it's also impossible at the same time.

As for DA, yea I think ill suck it up and make an account, or go and find one of my old ones and re-open it. Im sure I have ten or twenty abandoned accounts on there some where.(not really but yes)

Im not squeamish with being associated with it, just unsure about my level of skill in that regard. I know my sfw diaperfur art has probably made quite a few people blink and tread back. That being said, as much as I want to protest that it possibly/might have hurt what credibility my silly face had, Im not sure. I probably should have made an adult account some time ago.
