I like them more, yes. I do like the AK104 quite a bit, though.

I have the 1941 Mosin. XP So bolt action is covered.

I'm not a big fan of the prototype AK-100 series. I know a few like to jerk free after emptying a magazine.

Fine, Snaiperskaia Vintovka Dragunova it is. If you want to stay with Russian weapons, you could also go for an ORSIS T-5000, I've heard those are very good. Or, even better, a Lobaev SVL, expensive ammo, though, they're usually in .408 CT.

Whats with the large expensive ammo? 7.62x54R is $1 a round.

Because if I recall semi-autos have less recoil than bolts.

So Dragonov because, cheaper ammo, wooden furniture, PSO-1 scope, and probably cheaper than those two rifles you mentioned.

You could just mount a telescopic sight on your mosin, that would truly be a poor man's sniper rifle. I'm pretty sure it'd be more accurate than an SVD, bolt actions are generally more accurate than semi-autos.

PSL is a Romanian knock-off but is actually just a modified RPK. XD

That's what the civilian SVD is called. You do not want a militairy one, even if you could find one, they're designed for firing API, for which they need different rifling, making them less accurate than they could be. The Tigr has normal rifling, and is therefore more accurate than the militairy SVD.

Well, the USMC did change the stocks on their Model 70's because of weather, and those do have a finish. And yes, they do seem like fun. :3
