Well, unfortunately the last ice pics went into the scraps section. Reason is, well, there just didn't seem to be a way to frame them, get the right shot. The sky was dull and I have to hold the camera right by the wall of the garage just to catch the shot. Just had one thought though... since it's facing east I might be able to get a decent shot there in the morning, right at sunrise when there'll be some color. We'll see.

More scraps to upload! I love close-up macro shots so I took quite a few pics of the feathers on that grouse. Great for use in digital texture maps, things like that. Just gotta sort through em and settle on a few good ones.

Ah one last note on composition etc. I'm not a purist... there's many ways to tweak a picture to bring out different elements. I invite y'awlll to check out some of my pics with say, B&W with pumped contrast, or super-saturated color. Filters be there to be used. Later y'awlll!
