It's been around a few months no. Not a major problem, just irritating as hell.

You can also hit a similar message if you post too many comments in a certain period of time. I had to stop thanking for faves when they came up with that, though it was getting tedious anyhow.

It's still annoying when I'm trying to upload art to the account my mate and I use for collab commissions.
