Went ahead and got some sketchbooks this weekend. I've discovered that I really dislike sitting in front of a computer to draw all the time. It may be environmentally friendly, but I think it's better to have materials with me so I can sketch out ideas to work on them later. Gives me a better idea of what I wanted to do. Hopefully this means you guys will be seeing some stuff from me in the next couple of weeks. Gonna cross my fingers. Will you too? *chuckle*
And yah there's something wholly different about working pencil to paper. I find ideas flow differently for me when I'm writing notes. Mostly because I actually write notes. When I'm at a computer I'm more inclined to put down complete or semi complete ideas, the tiny snippets and ideas fall by the wayside and never get put down to be expanded on.
I can draw a little bit on paper, but I cannot draw at all with tablets. It's hard .
