Payment and Refund Policy
I require payment before I begin, or at least half of the commission paid for before beginning, and the full amount paid after a sketch is delivered to you. Usually you should receive your piece within 30 days of commissioning me, on average I finish a commission within a week after a sketch has been agreed on. I will inform you of any expected delays and if while informing you of a delay in your piece I believe it may be over 30 days you will have to wait I will happily offer a refund. After waiting 30 days, if you wish I will refund you fully if I have not started the piece. To date I have not had to make a refund for a late commission in over two years.
