Thank you everyone for keeping me busy the last few weeks. It has helped alleviate Anthrocon stress by sheer too busy to care about how this is going to come together in time. The mantra of AC will be "Don't worry about the how, focus on the now!" Do not be surprised if you hear me mutter this time to time, I'm not bad mouthing you, just trying to stay zen to give you the best commissions and laminations ever! With hopefully increased productivity ::crosses talons::
Now that all the glass dust has settled I can crank out a couple pendants and some other things as well before it is time to pack up the business and hit the road.
Another recap of what you can find at my table:
LAMINATION!! 10 MiL epicness. Getting a commission from another artist? Ask them not to laminate it and come to me for damn hard to break/bend lamination. Make that investment last and come to me first. Got thin laminate that has broken? BRING IT TO AC! I love breathing life back into those old tired badges. So let me repair it. Got thin laminate and it hasn't broken? Come to me for some preventative care where I remove the old and replace it with the best laminate in the furry community.
Reptile lovers and Scalies! DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION??? How would you like to own a piece of cobra, rattlesnake, burmese python without any guilt or responsibility? I have snake shed pendants that can be used in an infinite purposes. Too manly for a tribal necklace? These guys can liven up your drab rear window. 3 years and still thriving surviving the coldest winters and hottest summers Chicago can give us (yes we have been breaking records left right and center lately). No ill effect, still perfect. How about key chain fobs? Yep my keys sport a lovely bushviper one. Let me add some gears for one of the most incredible steampunk pieces you can wear.
Commissions! There will only be 10 slots! 10. Once they are full they are full and will only open as I complete commissions. My goal is to be able to take at least 10 every day, but I don't want to be over extended and unable to deliver so I know 10 is a happy number for me.
WHAT CAN YOU GET FROM ME?
Hand etched glass:
$20 Shot glasses
$40 large test tube shot glasses you can wear around your neck
$60 Small science flasks
$100 (base price) large wine decanters. I say base price because I feel happy with doing a single side for $100. The large flasks are going to subjective as I tend to go overboard on these due to the fun factor, so bare in mind these will be extremely limited and you will be joining a special elite that will own these.
$40 painted badges. Despite my earlier confidence, I just can't bare to leave the paint behind... My first love in art and always and forever a calming force in my life. So yes, these will be available.
So come find me at J-19 front and center. The laminator will be running full tilt and I will be etching forever.

Bonus to renting, any and every issue that occurs in the place is the responsibility of the land lord. Usually you don't have to pay for water. Con, you have to pay rent every month, if you damage the place because of your fault that comes out of your security deposit.
We are renting because we want to determine what our actual budget is without biting off more than we can chew. Plus our landlord is reliable and pretty chill about changes we want to make
