would be 15$? I guess, depending on complexity.
I'm not sure how able I would be to mail art done on paper however I would keep it safe for when I COULD send it.

would be 25-30$ just because I'm currently working with very basic art programs and it takes a lot of effort just to colour one picture.
I'm trying desperately trying to fund a trip in short time.
Currently it'd take 100 flat coloured commissions to fund it so I'm thinking it's probably not going to happen but my other source of income has stalled badly...
If anyone wants art at all please talk to me?
