Birthday Thank You and Anthrocon (Edit: Wed. Room Secured!)

Despite telling everyone not to give me gifts, I received a handful of really wonderful presents for my birthday on Tuesday. The artwork I received is currently at the top of my favorites gallery, so please have a look at the artists' galleries, as they're all terrific people who are eminently worthy of your attention! I also received a pile of wonderful birthday greetings and gifts via other means, and I can't even being to express how grateful and humbled I am that people think so well of me. "Thank you" does not even begin to express my feelings, though I've uttered those words an awful lot this week.
Also, despite not being interested in macro,
kingdead seems to have started a trend. Payback shall be sweet... :P
Thanks to a generous birthday gift from my parents coupled with a round of very successful eBay auctions, Anthrocon is a go, and it will be a worry-free experience for me. I will be at the con beginning midday Wednesday and will head home on Monday evening.
It looks like I have a room for all nights I am in Pittsburgh, so all is well. See everyone there!

Me and the rest of my logistics crew will most likely be busy into the wee hours of the afternoon on Wednesday setting things up. If you don't mind sharing a bed with either me or my significant other (not both of us at the same time though) I have to get with one other person to see if its okay with him but if its only going to be for one night then I don't foresee a issue. Let me ask him first though.
I'm quite content to share a bed with someone else, but please don't put yourself out on my account! I do have a couple of other fallback options, so there's no reason for you to rearrange plans or cause any issues with your roomies.
I just want to verify that I'm not stealing someone else's bed space; I do not want to force anyone to sleep on the floor! Can you give me a call when you're free sometime on Monday or Tuesday just to verify everything is settled? Anytime before 9:30PM is usually good.

Seriously nothing will be known until Wednesday. That is when we will know exactly where we are going. It could be in the morning but it might be in the afternoon since we are working and all. Will keep you updated.
