yeah munching on giant nerds and my mouth felt funny, luckly just broke the top not to the nerve, so not affected by any pain just feels funny close to my tongue

ow... how much broke? is it noticeable, like a good chunk of tooth? or just enough to give you a sharp edge on what broke? if it's the latter, you can probably get the cash worked up to go in and get it smoothed down, no problem.

Ah, a crown, like I have... *clacks fangs together* they're actually not bad, and pretty durable. Just gotta remember that they can break like anything else.

If it's really bad, I'd go for the extraction and replace it with a crown. A bit expensive, but one of the best options.

hmm... okay, that sounds like a molar or a canine. Her advice is to have a root canal of the tooth (which are awful, but they're your best bet) and then have a sterling silver cap put on top of it. Should run you... maybe $200 or so, with local anesthetic? it's the cheapest option, and I've had four or five in the course of my 25 years. They're rather worth it, for the time spent on them, and they won't kill your wallet like an implant (like I have for my left front tooth, that ran me a few thousand bucks).

Just try to keep it clean and free of infection. It'll hurt like a bitch, but Listerine is your friend in this case, until you can get in and get the procedure done.

I'll say that it's not a permanent fix, but it's easy on the pocketbook, and a sturdy fix for several years, at least.

you can root canal just about any tooth, even your front teeth. It's just easier if they're molars for the teeth just forward of those, like the one you broke (from the sound of things).

i had to get a rootcanal or w/e ..and they fucking suck ..soo bad D= it hurts :( and this was like a year or two ago .. so i was like.. young cuz im like.. 18 now soo yeah XD young so it sucked and hurted ..but they gave me pain killers and i was like sitting on my couch at my dads house and the tv was on and it was trippin me the fuck out.. i like sat there fro an house not moveing and like hardly even blinking like..O.O and my dad was like ...uhhhh...o.o you ok.. and i looked at him and was like.. ha ha.. yeaahhhhh :D lol ..yus..

probally but I actually have a high endurance of pain, usually chaulk it up to life lessons, probally why I don't go the doctors much when sick, my body usually reacts fast with a sickness. Last time I went to the dentist I had a back tooth pulled, surprisingly it did not gimme pain, if it did I did not notice it
