i derped the end...i do not knwo legal talk but in the articel well
.] it is hereby STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties as follows:
1. All claims asserted by Archie Comic Publications, Inc. are hereby dismissed.
2. All counterclaims asserted by Defendant Kenneth W. Penders II are hereby dismissed.
3. Each party shall bear its own attorney’s fees and costs.
yea and thanks to a dumb ass on his site. they aperently reached a agreement but no one is allwoed to talk about it....
and also that thing abover.no one owns the charicters..so..as i ehard eysterdya..we need to wait and see

If they reached an agreement based on what you wrote on bottom it means they are probably going to share ownership so that the characters cant be stolen by a third party.
