1- Definitely the shades. I wouldn't want a limb replacement unless I actually lost the limb, chopping off a real limb seems like a waste.

2- No, I either don't have the ingredients or the funds to do so. Or rather, I do have them, but they just look like heartburn waiting to happen.

Leon would probably have an orange coat and blond mane, with a scar on his left cheek, and his cutie mark would probably be a flaming hoof.

I'd say earth pony, since they seem to be physically strongest.
