But I'll try to pick up the pace, I promise.
People who've watched me on dA before know that I have phases I hardly upload anything and then suddendly burst out in dozens of uploads, and I have phases in which I upload 2 pics a day...maybe I'll get there again.

I'm like that too. =O Only I only really submit stuff when I'm taking a drawing class. xD I don't feel you need to make excuses to people as to why you're not cranking out the art. Sometimes you're in the mood, sometimes you're not. Sometimes you have more pressing matters, sometimes you don't. Such is life!
