Well, I must say, so far each and everyone of you has done an admirable work of upholding the unwritten rules of general behavior, but recent (minor truth be told) events told me that there should be some things that are set in stone so everybody can see them and no one can miss them.

BTW, this IS NOT TARGETED TO ANYONE AT ALL, it’s just me being precautious.

1. Be civil to each other. Like I said, you have al l done a great job thus far on that, I want to continue being this way.

2. This site and this group by extend sometimes (but not most times) mirror the real world, and in the real world you are most probably going to be addressed by your interlocutors in the style you have previously addressed them, so before submitting a comment or note to your fellow members, take some moments to re-read it and make sure this does not insult or derogate them in any way, even if this was not your original intention.

3. This group now has more than 38 members, keep in mind that NOT everyone knows everybody in here. Trust and friendliness is build in a day-by-day basis, give it time.

4. Also keep in mind as well that some (or a lot) group members know each other and have been friends with one another over the course of years. While this group is BY NO CHANCE a clique or a circlejerk, some barriers (no matter small or big) might exist between some of you, this group was created with the sole purpose of bring together like minded individuals and have fun together, this wont happen overnight, but so far everyone has shown some goodwill towards that goal.

5. Also keep in mind that a lot of the above-mentioned persons that know each other over the course of years often or not so often will engage each other in a vicious and vituperative (no, I did not knew this word before this morning if anyone asks) manner, you really should not try to imitate, well yet. Take your best shot nonetheless. ;)

6. If you found yourself you can’t stand or cannot have a meaningful conversation with a fellow member, just ignore them, the group’s structure is created in such a way that except when it comes to personal RPing between the members, no other form of interaction is required for you to be considered a part of this group or participate in group activities like tournaments for example. This group encourages interaction with each other, but I am not blind, some persons are not going to get along together no matter what, sad but bound to happen.

7. I may not be your principal, or your teacher but I own this group and it is my job to make sure that everything runs smooth, to the point of my power of course. So by all means, if you see something you do not like or if you want to discuss anything at all with me, by all means, drop me a note, I don’t bite, I don’t scorn and I will try to talk and engage with you in a meaningful and civilized matter to resolve your problem.

8. Now if it comes down to this (I doubt it, but better be safe than sorry), if it comes down to a point that a discussion becomes too ‘heated’ I reserve the right to hide the comments from the group page, journal or pictures that led to said discussion.

9. Again if a discussion is too heated and I tell both parties to STOP, especially if I highlight it in big red letters I expect you to stop and drop the matter or take it into notes, we are all adults here and we can solve it as adults, drama is not part of this group and so far we had none, best to keep it this way. For clarification on that see rule#6.
