im trying to save money to stay in skool and i have an extra room at my apartment that isnt being used. im particular at who moves in. must have a steady income to pay each month. im looking for some one around 20yrs non smoker or drinker. idk if pets are aloud. i can see if pet rats or small animals, i have rats. i live on a second floor, utilities will be divided, just gas and electric. rent would be around 200 plus 25 if u want cable. i wake up around 6am everyday for skool, i have a futon frame and maybe a dresser that was left there. the room is small but spaceious. im several blocks from downtown cleveland ohio. ill be staying until november of 2014 and im trying to re enter in my skool for some thing else so ill be in the apartment another year and half. idk im just throwing it out there. i keep to my self so ull prolly not see me much.
