The inspiration for this post comes from the wonderful Diamondstripe, Who is having an art raffle that you can read about here:http://www.furaffinity.net/user/diamondstripe/
There also is wonderful art of Anthromorphs and Chakats (Empathic Hermaphrodite Felitaurs).
A random fact, (for the rules of said raffle):Most commercial 'Cinnamon' is actually made from a plant called Cassia; True Cinnamon is rare and more expensive.. (Don't take my word for it.. go check your spices.)
Other, more controversial, and depressing facts were rejected for this post..
I wish I had something to show, in return for all the inspiration and joy, the folks I'm watching have provided.. I'm still trying to write, but most of my output is unusable. Still tooling up on the CNC/3D printing front. And it has been said that everyone has about one thousand BAD drawings in them that have to come out before you get to the good ones. I seem to be somewhere around number 160.. XP
Local stores here are now selling PJ Tips.. :D

Some years ago a seagoing friend brought back a Bag of Saffron, must have been >2lb. Given to her she said. I think the household she was staying with still has some of it.. Those that cooked were very impressed. I had no clue at the time..
Marmite is the thing.. also locally rare..
Look at the work others are creating. It doesn't have to be novelette-sized like some of my submissions. Some people write as little as six words. It's a weekly kick in the @$$ to get the writer in you moving. Scribble (hunt-and-peck? search-and-destroy?) a paragraph with some connection to the subject at hand and post it.
Grow. And today is Thursday.
Sad to say, it's now friday, but I don't think anyone will mind..
