Wow

Time to journal this shit while it's fresh and I'm on the bus back to Canada.

I was nervous and excited about this convention since I made the decision to go. Leading up to, and on the way there, I was so nervous about this trip and convention. I walked into the hotel nervous, shy and completely out of my element. I decided to go out in suit first thing, as I always do.
I found a group of dancers in the zoo and decided to make a move.

I've never felt so openly welcomed and accepted in all my life

From there on my con was made and everything else was icing on the cake.
I'm so thankful to have been rooming with such awesome people, and and silvermoon. And I can't complain to having crash in our room nearly every night Lawl ♥ I'm so honored and baffled to have met all of the amazing people I've admired for such a long time, a lot of them being dancers. It's difficult to express how balls off the walls I am at the fact that I got to compete along side you all, and even have the balls to battle. Omfbsornhskdndk

I can't possibly list all the amazing people. Because I'm already missing some.

Not only was it the new faces I met that made this con such an awesome trip, but the dear friends I got to see again. Without familiar, friendly faces, I might not have let loose as much as I did there.

So here's to dance circles, late night twerk parties, musical marches to the rooftop, private view of the fireworks from the window, icecream at the place that ran out of icecream, BABIES, and above it all, family. I miss all of you already.
