I Want to Make an Sexy Anthro Dating Game, & I need people.

2D Anthro Dating Game Project - Short to Long term.
I wanna make a sexy hot anthro dating game but I cant do it alone.
What I can't do alone:
1. Draw - I have the tools to do it but I dont have the skill.
2. Write - Characters and plot in general, dialog, etc are beyond me.
3. Animate - I got the tools to do it, AND I WANT TO DO IT, but like the previous two I lack skill.
4. Sound - I got the tools for doing VAing FX and backdrop but no skill, however I friend of mine is pushing me into learning it so I know a little bit.
5. Marketing - Advertising and the business side of things, if it gets that far, is something I'm not great at.
What I can do myself, or with help:
1. Program - I'm a college freshman going for computer science(programming) and I got a good 2D game engine to use, however if their are other programmers who want to join up and do/use else I'm open to the idea.
What do you guys get out of it?
I was thinking if it gets good enough sell it. If not then your characters, your stories, your world, and how you've come to see it will have been brought to life.
Spit balling Ideas:
This is where the fun begins. I have a few ideas of my own I'd like to try/put into the game. such as
1. A leveling RPG like system which determines what positions you can choose/perform successfully(random success or fail chance based on skill), techniques of fucking in those positions, how well you do with those techniques/positions(random success chance based on skill level).
2. A pleasure meter, standard right but the twist is different girls like different things and finding the right pleasure spot is different for each girl.
3. Bedrooms are places where you can invoke your sexual powers like tentacles, multi-cocks, etc.
4. A player maintenance system where grooming and prep will increase your chances of attracting girls.
5. A multiverse/dimension item which unlocks different types of anthro characters and places in time.
These are a couple of ideas I'm pitching out there whether you like or hate them. I'm open to suggestions so tell me what you like.
