im having these sharp pains whenever I move in my lower abdomen (left side only) breathing, and going to the restroom does not cause any pains, only when i move (like especially when sitting up from a laying down position) i looked it up without much success other than because its on the left side and not the right i can probably be sure its not apendicitus or however it is spelled. also coughing and sneezing causes the pain as well

if anyone has any idea that would be so helpful :3 (also it was very sudden just started this morning and a tiny bit of last night)
