Auctioning Off ONE (!!!) Head or Partial Slot!!!!!!!!!

SO I found out I'm not going to be able to go back to school for a while bc I have bills that can't be paid off, need to declare residency, and all this other bullshit. So I'll be way less busy, able to stay longer at RMFC and RF, and maybe take on some more slots this year.
I'm going to start off with ONE head/partial slot. It'll start at $600 for a head, or $800 for a partial (base price), bid accordingly. 1-3 colours, minimal patterns/spots/stripes. Once the bid goes over $1000, all restrictions are lifted & I'll make whatever head or partial you want. Bidding will end next Tuesday 7/16 at 11:59 mountain time (9:59 eastern I believe?). The slot will be for late/possibly early fall, I might be able to finish it for RF. Only the first 1/3 is due upfront, same payment scheme as a normal commission!

When I win this, can I just give you a description of the character and let you make him how you want? I know your interpretation of him is as good as it could ever get.
