If it's the hardest for you, then it's good to practice. My only recommendation (as a non-artist) would be to start simple, like with cartoony type hands. Just get into how the fingers relate to the hand. Once you're comfortable with that, then go for more detailed stuff. Above all, have fun! :3

Hands are very tricky, indeed. My advice would be to pay very close attention to how the hand bones work and the proportions, because these are especially easy to get wrong when drawing hands... And also remember that the fingers shouldn't be straight, but slightly curved for them to look natural.

Well, those two pretty much said what I was going to, so I'm only going to add: One way to help with drawing hands, is to draw a "stick skeleton" under the hand, then draw the actual hand over that. That way, not only do you know how all the bones connect, but it will also help you to free-hand it later if/when you need to.

Other then that, yeah, study how all the bones interact, and then work from really simple, to really complex. Believe me, I still have trouble with drawing hands myself. BIG TIME. XD
