I'm going to tell you a tip for night time coughing. It sounds weird but hear me out.

Before bed, rub the soles of your feet with Vicks Vaporub or diluted eucalyptus oil, and put a pair of clean cotton socks on.



It doesn't work for everyone but when it does work.. it WORKS.
